Merging the latest technology, with the vast body of knowledge contained both within the network and with industry experts, RE/MAX University is the industry's best training program.
RE/MAX has taken a wealth of knowledge and tools and has consolidated it in to one central location called Agent Training On Demand. The programming is a collection of streaming videos, downloads, podcasts and other files that are available worldwide through RE?MAX Mainstreet.
RE/MAX University has three basic methods of transmission:
The RE/MAX Satellite Network is the foundation of RE/MAX University. RSN beams 60 hours of programming each month via satellite to subscribing offices in North America. Additionally, through DISH Network, U.S. Affiliates receive RSN programming free in their homes. Associates worldwide can view RSN programming via streaming video on RE/MAX Mainstreet (remax.net). RSN programming areas include Business, Courses, Interent Marketing, Technology and Management.
Through the "Review" section on Mainstreet, Associates can purchase DVDs of the best of RSN programming as well as audio CDs of the best of RSN programming as well as audio CDs of recent RE/MAX convention sessions.
Classroom training is conducted regularly at the RE/MAX Global Education Center in Denver, regional sites around the network and RE/MAX Conventions and confrences. "RE/MAX 101: Broker/Owner manager Training," for new Broker/Owners, is conducted monthly in Denver. Other educational offerings include training courses for Mainstreet, the RE/MAX Design Centre and LeadStreet; dozens of educational sessions at the RE/MAX International Convention and the Summer Confrence for Broker/Owners and managers; and seminars by top trainers.
Training On Demand
This is available through the University section of Mainstreet. Elements include streaming videos from the RE/MAX Satellite network, downloads and Video and audio podcasts. The on-demand component includes Agent Training On Demand (ATOD) and Management Training On Demand (MTOD).
Agent Training On Deman - ATOD is designed to help the best Sales Associates in the industry generate more busines. Segments include clips from RSN programs and RE/MAX Conventions. A new coaching segment is introduced each week.
Management Training On Demand - MTOD includes streaming videos, office tours and case studies, recruiting and retention tips and other resources to help Broker/Owners and Managers run efficient, profitable offices.
